Team Specific Concept In-Person Programs
Customized concepts depending on in season or off season need: Basic Strength, SAQ,Explosive Strength, Recovery, Peak & Maintenance, and Conditioning Team Programming
▪️ $75 session 2x a week program isolating one of the above concepts during a specific part of the season… Example - Training Camp and In-Season the Recovery and/or Peak + Maintenance concepts are what my only programming focuses are. I would come to training camp 2x week and conduct a recovery day if needed specific to the teams preseason state.
▪️Traveling costs are discussed with Coach Marrero and vary depending upon distance.

▪️ These training sessions are from 30 to 50 minutes depending on team need and part of season
