Jude has demonstrated what it means to be a dedicated athlete. I’ve worked with him since February 24’. After overcoming a collarbone injury right before the start of the 24’ season, he was eager to get back to work for in-season training. Most athletes could take it easy and just finish out the year by resting. Jude came to me right away ready to get back. Since that time and the start of off-season training his eagerness and desire to be better is showing immediately.
