With that idea of implementation with education I have created a customized clinic for club, travel, or school athletic teams. It will be a 45 to 60-minute session that involves but not limited to…
Group performance test options – Evaluating their horizontal power, unilateral coordination, upper body resilience, and more. I will demonstrate and teach them the connection to these tests.
Lower to upper body mobility and foundational movement drills
Speed, agility, and quickness drills – This is focused of rhythmic and coordinated movements to develop their ability to improve changing directional pathways with efficiency.
Explosive and reactive drills – Acceleration focus but even more importing ability to decelerate to build tendon and ligament resilience/health.
Plyometric drills – Improving elasticity starting from the ground up. Teaching them the various kinds of ploy’s and how they are used to improve performance. Not just jump for max effort to jump in hopes they’ll increase their “vertical”.
Velocity tracking demonstration
Competitive games – Drills and teachings used during clinic will then be put to the test to see which athlete was absorbing the information provided.
I travel to your practice field or court. I bring any equipment necessary. My goal is to build a long-term performance based athlete. If they can relate and absorb the concept of each movement along with their program concepts, they will be able to translate this to having an improved desire to simply be better and enhance to their overall abilities.
