What makes MPT App Training different?

Coach Marrero will not just create a strength and conditioning program for your personal goals, but he will help elevate your own coaching. He will open up his own template and ideas with concept overview on how he approach’s each athlete and/or sports training regimen. Assistance on your clientele and more,

I will first gather results from strength and performance tests and create your introduction program.

Performance tests include Broad Jump, Pro Agility, 40 Yard Dash, Tempo Push-ups, and Tempo Squats. These tests will occur every 3-months. All data is collected and put into a personal progress graph.

️Introduction athlete app program includes foundational movements to create progressive strength to power.

Athlete app training programs are focused on periodization and go on a 4-6 week cycle.

Focuses of speed, agility, quickness, reactive strength, and coordination are implemented into all programs.

Nutritional guidance will also be available.

Every other week we will have a Coaching Specific Meeting review a topic related to phasing progressions, strength/performance assessments, personal client programming guidance, and more. Every month we will have an optional Athlete App Program Overview Meeting focused on your own program goals and monthly workouts.

I am available 24/7 through the app messaging system.

Coach will send you an email after you have connected or purchased with the next steps on how to create and gain access to your app profile.
