Team Performance In-Person - 6 months
What makes MPT Training different?
I will first gather results from performance tests and create your introduction program.
Performance tests include not limited to Broad Jump, Vertical Jump, Pro Agility, L-Drill, 40 Yard Dash, Tempo Push-ups, BB Bench Press, Pull-ups, BB Back Squat, and Tempo Squats. These tests will occur every 3-months.All data is collected and put into a personal/team progress graph and charted.
Introduction program includes foundational movements to create progressive strength to power.
Programs are focused on periodization and go on a 4-6 weeks cycle.
Focuses of speed,agility, quickness, reactive strength, and coordination are implemented into all programs.
Velocity tracking technology used for intra-workout data.
Nutritional guidance will also be available.
Traveling costs are discussed with Coach Marrero and vary depending upon distance.
Every month we will have a Zoom overview meeting to discuss the next program focus and to answer any questions for the Coaches.
Every other month I will hold a parent/athlete Zoom meeting for educational purposes on new research and updates on MPT’s programming. This will be interactive and only 30 minutes long.
I am available 24/7 through the app messaging system.
Coach will send you an email after you have connected or purchased with the next steps on how to create and gain access to your app profile. I will also provide further steps to your program and overview.

Please fill out all E-Files including Questionnaire for the entire team. I will also have the athletes' guardians fill out separate liability forms.
