What makes MPT Training different?

I will first gather results from performance tests and create your introduction program.

  • Performance tests include not limited to Broad Jump, Vertical Jump, Pro Agility, L-Drill, 40 Yard Dash, Tempo Push-ups, BB Bench Press, Pull-ups, BB Back Squat, and Tempo Squats. These tests will occur every 3-months.All data is collected and put into a personal/team progress graph and charted.

  • Introduction program includes foundational movements to create progressive strength to power.

  • Programs are focused on periodization and go on a 4-6 weeks cycle.

  • Focuses of speed,agility, quickness, reactive strength, and coordination are implemented into all programs.

  • Velocity tracking technology used for intra-workout data.

  • Nutritional guidance will also be available.

  • Traveling costs are discussed with Coach Marrero and vary depending upon distance.

  • Every month we will have a Zoom overview meeting to discuss the next program focus and to answer any questions for the Coaches.

  • Every other month I will hold a parent/athlete Zoom meeting for educational purposes on new research and updates on MPT’s programming. This will be interactive and only 30 minutes long.

  • I am available 24/7 through the app messaging system.

  • Coach will send you an email after you have connected or purchased with the next steps on how to create and gain access to your app profile. I will also provide further steps to your program and overview.

  • Download MyPTHub in your App Store

  • Please fill out all E-Files including Questionnaire for the entire team. I will also have the athletes' guardians fill out separate liability forms.
