Weighted Jump Shuffles w/Reactive Hip Disassociation
As an athlete we are constantly altering our pathways and in return body position at rapid rates. Our hips are key contributor to moving efficiently and effectively during change of direction. For most of us this is our limiting factor and why we have restrictions deceleration to accelerating with more speed. Implementing specific exercises during your micro- and mesocycle training blocks like the one shown will help take your performance to that next level.
What is hip disassociation?
Simply, it’s your ability to move your hips (joint) separately from your spine and pelvis. As shown here I’m dynamically stabilizing my trunk while quickly flipping my hips in either direction.
